Our products are sourced from all around the world, such as Morrocco, America, Italy and other places,  to make your experience as authentic as possible (I mean Kmart, is awesome, but you're worth more than that, Sweetheart).

Glassware (1 x glass per person, additional will incur a fee)

Fresh Floral Table Decor (excluding DIY packages)

Copper Table Twinkle Lights (included in some styles only unless by request,

for bookings commencing after 6pm).

Small Plate, & Cutlery (1 x knife & fork each per guest, additional will incur a fee)

Other Stuff

Unfortunately our packages are not suitable for children's parties under 12 years of age.  Our rugs are high quality floor rugs, not machine washable and our tables natural timber. Bright coloured foods can stain and damage these. As we don't operate with plastics, our decor and crockery are all fragile glassware.

 

 A credit card bond is required for all bookings for security of the property and will vary subject to total package amount.

 

Other coordination services e.g. balloon garland, photographer, musician, additional floristry, additional furniture, research for an indoor location or other event requirements outside of the picnic package can be provided for an additional fee.

For bookings over $1000 in value, one site visit to determine space & location requirements is included in the package fee, as required.

Please check out our Terms & Conditions for beach sand bookings, bookings not on ground level, bookings greater than 35kms from Wangara, bookings with a set up location greater than 50m from accessible parking and public holiday bookings.

Max. seating capacity = 120 people. Maximum number of people per Style = 40 (Set ups of up to 120 people can be clustered into groups of min 10 to max 40, with a different style per cluster)

GROUP PICNIC PRICES

All sittings are for 2.5 hours. Extended hire is $38.50 incl. GST per hour thereafter. Packages are priced subject to the number of tables required to seat guests, and not per person. Check out our FAQ's for additional booking & DIY information.

Essentials Packages always include Glassware.

**Unless specific glassware is requested, the type deemed most suitable for your event will be selected.

Please note that different councils have different regulations, liquor licensing and trading requirements for their locations. It is the responsibility of the customer to ascertain & obtain permission to consume alcohol.

** DIY hire is for a 48 hour period and requires all items to be returned cleaned. DIY does not include fresh floral table decorations. Pick up and return to Wangara, Perth.
