PICNIC PACKAGES

Let’s Design Your Special Moment, Event or Celebration.

 

Our products are sourced from all around the world, such as Morrocco, America, Italy and other places,  to make your experience as authentic as possible (I mean Kmart, is awesome, but you're worth more than that, Sweetheart).

Check out our Picnic Look Book for styling options, which can be used for any picnic, no matter how small or large.

A credit card bond is required for all bookings for security of the property and will vary subject to total package amount.

 

Other coordination services e.g. balloon garland, photographer, musician, additional floristry, additional furniture, research for an indoor location or other event requirements outside of the picnic package can be provided for an additional fee.

For bookings over $500 in value, one site visit to determine space & location requirements is included in the package fee, as required.

Please check out our Terms & Conditions for beach sand bookings, bookings not on ground level, bookings greater than 35kms from Wangara and public holiday bookings.

Max. seating capacity = 120 people.

A Grazing Platter or full catering,  and Sparkling Wine can also be organised upon request for an additional fee, so that all you need to do is show up and enjoy your experience.​

Please note that different councils have different regulations, liquor licensing and trading requirements for their locations. 

** DIY hire is for a 48 hour period and requires all items to be returned cleaned. DIY does not include fresh floral table decorations. Pick up and return to Wangara, Perth.

Not keen on sitting at ground level, but still want to dine outdoors? Experience the Ultimate in Outdoor Dining under the stars, with our High Table set up. We can seat groups of 2-8 people.
