Unfortunately a phone number is not provided as we don't take enquiries by phone. We're a small business with our resources working across all elements of the operations. Answering calls while lifting heavy equipment long distances, working towards a deadline AND trying to remember the information from the calls we took that day to action later on would challenge even the Master Multitasker. Additionally, we like to be present with the customer we are setting up magic for at that time.
We also get dozens of email enquiries a day and reply to them in the order they came in. Should you need to talk to someone, please email with the above information and we will get back to you as soon as we can)
I endeavour to reply to all emails within 48 business hours, during office hours of Tuesday to Friday 9am to 5pm. If you don't get a response in that time, I've fulfilled my dream of escaping in a Kombi van, have probably stopped shaving my armpits and am likely walking around Byron Bay pantless and wearing dreadlocks.
